The online social networking service is created between people with the interest in music

Beatrobo, Beatrobo

"Beatrobo" (www.beatrobo.com) is a service that allows one to enjoy music with others with similar tastes. This service incorporates the concept of “Group Listening Network” that is analogous to that of “Turntable.FM”, but has striking features. For group listening services including “Turntable.FM”, other users must be connected to listen to music or have a conversation together. Meanwhile, “Beatrobo” always allows one to socialize with others thanks to DJ avatars responsible for social connections. Beatrobo is connected to your Facebook account, making it possible to create a playlist of songs with a Facebook like button. Each DJ avatar introduces songs and music videos on their own page like the stage set, while avatar owners share music both online and offline.

The group listening service is no longer designed for the practical purpose of looking for new music and is transforming into a more advanced form of social networking service. Beatrobo aims to provide music and connect people with similar tastes, rather than allow people to share life streaming content. DJ avatars called “robots” are means to make social connections between people.
